- Borrower: Loan issued to Business Entity (Corp., S Corp., LLC) w/Personal Guarantee by borrower
- Loan Type: Purchase, Refinance, and Cash-Out.
- Loan up to 85% of the purchase price and 100% of the rehab costs, in draws.
Most of our loan programs require that our borrowers have at least 25% of the loan amount to be used towards the down payment, closing costs and holding costs. Loans will be made to a business entity and personally guaranteed by all of the individuals of the entity.
